Diana Quintana

Lead Project Manager

Diana Quintana is an enthusiastic learner committed to supporting initiatives that foster well-being and continual growth in young people and the adults serve them. Originally from Makati, Philippines, Diana grew up in various parts of Southern California. Throughout her K-12 schooling experience, she participated in afterschool and summer programs that shaped her unwavering belief in the value of intentional investment in young people beyond the school day to support their overall well-being.

Diana graduated from UC Berkeley with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and minor in Education, and comes to Flourish Agenda with a background in administrative and technical assistance work at education-based nonprofits focused on building the capacity of adults at youth-serving institutions. Diana strives to leverage her strengths in strategic thinking to design and implement administrative systems that allow others to shine in service of building holistic ecosystems of support that enable young people of color to thrive.

In her free time, Diana can be found watching teleseryes, exploring new food spots, and spending time with her loved ones and dog.
