HCE Certification Continuing Education Unit Information

Congratulations for completing our Healing Centered Engagement Certification!

Submit the information requested below and we will confirm your eligibility for the units with SFSU.

If you have not done so, you first need to register at San Francisco State University and receive a student ID number. This only takes a couple minutes and a number is immediately provided on the confirmation screen.

To register, use the Quick Admit form from the College of Extended Learning.

Once you have your student ID number use the form below to submit your information.
